Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBERNIE (BEN) FRANK JUZDA Bernie (Ben) Frank Juzda, age 78 died peacefully on June 1, 2002 at the Royal Columbian Hospital, in New Westminster, BC after a courageous fight with cancer spanning the past six years. Retired for 18 years, Ben had worked as a locomotive engineer for the Canadian Pacific Railway in Winnipeg for over 40 years. He was also a veteran of the Second World War, serving on the destroyer HMS Kootenay. Upon retirement Ben and his wife retired in Winfield, and then to Maple Ridge and Port Coquitlam, BC. Married for 56 years Ben is survived by his wife Lorna; two sons, Rick and his wife Helene; two grandchildren, Cameron and Brad of Coquitlam, BC and Kerry and wife Greta of Winfield, BC. Ben also leaves to mourn his brother Bill and wife Beryl in Winnipeg, relatives and friends. A gentle and caring man, he will be missed by all who knew him.
